Every Piece from Cactus Cut Silver is thoughtfully handmade with care and attention to detail. We stand behind our work and want you to love your jewelry for years to come. 

What's Covered 

Cactus Cut Silver offers a 365 day warranty from the date of purchase covering defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal wear. 

If a piece is found to have a workmanship or material issue, we are happy to: 

  • Repair the item when possible, or

  • Replace the item if the repair is not available. 

If neither option is possible, a refund of the purchase price may be issued upon return of the item. 

Ivory is a natural material and may have unique variations, lines, or markings; these are part of what makes each piece special and are not considered defects. Cactus Cut Silver is not responsible for ivories that are lost, chipped, or broken unless the issue is determined to be a craftsmanship or material defect. All defects and damages are determined by Cactus Cut Silver to ensure fairness and quality. 

What's Not Covered 

  • Normal wear and tear over time. 

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper care. 

  • Alterations or repairs made by anyone outside of Cactus Cut Silver 

  • Items or accessories not handcrafted by Cactus Cut Silver

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

  • Please contact us before sending any item back so we can help guide you through the process.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise determined. 

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Shipping

While I take great care in crafting and packaging each piece, sometimes things happen during shipping. If your jewelry doesn't arrive, please let me know right away. Once we confirm with the carrier that the package is lost, I will gladly issue a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. Your satisfaction and trust mean a lot to me, and I'm here to make things right.
